How do I initiate a return for a refund, store credit or exchange?

When can I expect my refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed? 

Once we have received your return we will process it within 2-3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Does Maison Garde ever go on sale?

Yes, we do on occasion have sales and offers so make sure you are following us on socials and are signed up to newsletter to be the first to know when we are offering discounts.

Out of stock items and sizes?

If the item you are dying over is out of stock, make sure you are signed up to our newsletter to be notified when we have restocked. Alternatively, you can send a sneaky email - hello@maisongarde.co and we can see what we can do.

My garment is damaged can it be repaired or replaced?

Can I track my order?

We provide tracking with all our domestic order, please refer to your order confirmation email for instructions on how to track your order. 

Does Maison Garde deliver to the USA?

Yes, we do ship to the US (among other international countries), shipping to the US incurs a flat rate of $20. You can find out more about out delivery options here.

Can I collect my order instead?
